Badgley Mischka’s Fall Dresses to Die For
Badgley Mischka’s Fall 2006 Ready-To-Wear collection is sure to please ladies who scour the stores for that perfect dress or pantsuit for the evening on the town.
With black and white dominating the collection, bursts of red, blue, royal purple, and gold provide excellent accents.
A rich brown brocaded jacket paired with gold capri pants could work for office or evening wear. The military-style cut of the jacket with ornamentation down the center gives the outfit a very tailored look. The skinny pants could match a larger jacket or a billowing blouse.

Another excellent outfit that easily transforms from day into evening is a gray and black embroidered jacket and skirt. Matched with black pumps, the ensemble exudes class and savvy.
My favorite outfit from the collection is a blue silk flowing sleeveless blouse paired with a black skirt. The way the blouse fits a woman’s curves and yet flows around her body is art in motion.

Now for the dresses: flirty and chic, elegant and eye-catching, Badgley Mischka has scored a home run with this season’s creations. A white and black knee-length mesh-and-silk empire-waisted concoction is flirty and classy. For evening, a strapless white and black gown is perfect with red, purple, and gold accents.
The above-elbow gloves, the black pumps, and black stockings are all nice accessories to augment the majority of designers’ fall collections.

Don’t you love the long gloves?
Now can we hope women will actually wear them?
